• ​​How do I set up service?

​​       Call us at 770-385-1000, visit our contact page or come by our office.

  • How much are your rates? 

       It depends on your area - call the office for details.

  • What do I have to pay to get service started?

       One full quarter (3 calendar months) in advance.

  • What forms of payment do you take?

       Cash, check, money order and debit/credit cards.

  • Can I pay with a check online or over the phone?  

       No, not at this time.

  • Is there a fee to use my debt/credit card? 

       Yes, $2 processing fee.

  • When are bills due? 

       The 1st of each quarter (JAN-MAR, APR-JUN, JUL-SEPT, OCT-DEC)

  • Is there a late fee if I pay after the 1st? 

       Yes, late fees are applied on the 5th of the month.

  • What size garage can do you have? 

       95 gallon or 65 gallon

  • Is there a charge to use your can? 

       No

  • Is there a charge to have a can delivered?

       No

  • When should I put my can out?

       For the best service the night before your pickup date or no later than 5am          on your pick up date.

  • What if my garbage isn't picked up?

       Contact the office within 24 hours of your service day for assistance.

  • What if my can is picked up and I didn't request it to be? 

       Call the office  for assistance.

  • Do you pick up bulk items such as mattresses, dressers etc? 

       Yes, for current customers.  Take a picture of the items and email them to            curbsidewastesystems@yahoo.comor call the office for a quote.

  • Do you pick up yard waste? 

       No

  • Do you offer recycling?
